Becca Mock
VICE PRESIDENT – BAY AREA
Becca has worked with this team since 2008. Starting off as a producer and working her way up to Senior Vice President, Becca is dual licensed and specializes in personal lines such as homes (Including high value and high fire line), autos (Including teen drivers and SR-22), recreational vehicles (Such as motorcycles, dirt bikes, RV's and boats), as well as life insurance. She also writes commercial insurance policies and is looking for connections to tow truck companies, restaurants, blue collar business, HOA's and construction companies. She enjoys educating her clients on their coverage options and needs to protect their investments.
She has been married for 25 years and has lived in Livermore for 15 years. On weekends, you will most likely find her with her family. Her older son Logan, is a Senior at Nicholls State University In Louisiana on a baseball scholarship, so they enjoy watching his games on ESPN+ and traveling there during baseball season. Kaden, is a Junior at Granada High School, plays on the Varsity Golf team. He loves being on the green any chance he gets.
Becca has been a dedicated member of the Livermore BNI (Business Networking International) chapter for the past seven years. She has served on the chapter’s leadership team for six of those years, including holding the position of Chapter President. Since 2021, Becca has also been an active participant in the Real Estate Alliance of Livermore, where she serves as one of the organization’s insurance advisors.
You may also find her walking with her dog, Dakota, a German Shepherd/Husky mix. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, SF Giants baseball games and True Crime podcasts. Her favorite movie is The Goonies and her favorite food is anything Mexican, minus the cilantro.

Priscilla Gaines
VICE PRESIDENT – CENTRAL VALLEY & SACRAMENTO
Priscilla brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Diamond Legacy Insurance in 2023, where she currently serves as Central Valley Vice President. She is fully licensed in personal lines, commercial lines, life, and health insurance, with a strong specialization in commercial coverage. Her niche markets include HVAC contractors, low-voltage communications, restaurants, and construction businesses.
Born and raised in Lodi, California, Priscilla resides there with her two daughters, ages 12 and 14. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her youngest at cheer competitions (Go Lodi Colts!) or supporting her eldest on the sidelines of competitive soccer games with Lodi Pacific FC Tigers. When she’s not busy being a sports mom, Priscilla enjoys staying active at the gym or practicing at True You Yoga, where she values both the practice and the friendships she’s built with her instructors.
Priscilla is a dedicated member and preferred partner of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and a past member and former secretary of BNI Stockton. She regularly attends local marketing and networking events alongside real estate professionals and commercial business owners to expand her industry knowledge and strengthen community connections. She is always happy to share insurance insight with professionals across industries, especially in today’s ever-changing insurance market.
Outside of work and motherhood, Priscilla is a proud dog mom to her three-year-old Shih Tzu, Bentley. She loves traveling to Mexico, cooking new dishes, watching thriller movies with her family, and visiting theme parks whenever possible. Her favorite movie is A Bronx Tale, and her favorite foods include pho, sushi, and mariscos.

Patti Mitchell
Commercial Services Account Manager
Patti comes to Diamond with 44 year's experience in the insurance industry. Most of those years with a single company and 17 of those as the Agency owner. She is licensed in both Property and Casualty and Life and Health. Her success in the insurance industry was built on establishing a clientele of generational relationships. The backbone to the agency was the excellent customer service offered, which she continues to bring to Diamond Legacy Insurance Services as an Account Manager in the Commercial Insurance Department. In this position she is now exposed to a fleet of Insurance Carriers that offers a great many more choices to the customer. When she is not working, she spends as much free time as she can with her littles, a grandson, and granddaughter and a nephew. Enjoying outdoor activities like camping, hiking and watching their sporting events. She loves Hawaii or any Ocean view she can get to.
Jennifer Thomas
AGENCY AND ACCOUNT MANAGER
Jennifer has been a valued member of our team since 2021 and currently serves as our Agency Manager, while also acting as a Commercial Account Manager in support of both Vice Presidents. She specializes in providing insurance solutions for restaurants, tattoo parlors, trucking operations, and artisan contractors. Jennifer is deeply committed to building strong relationships with carrier representatives and to educating her clients, ensuring they clearly understand their coverage options and feel confident protecting what they have built.
Based in Stockton for the past ten years, Jennifer enjoys spending her weekends with her husband exploring new places, especially the redwoods and the beach. Together they share a full and joyful household with five children ranging in age from fifteen to twenty five, and they recently celebrated their oldest child’s wedding, officially becoming a family of eight.
Jennifer has also been an active member of BNI Business Networking International for the past five years. During that time, she has served on her chapter’s leadership team in several roles, including Secretary, Membership, and Visitor Host.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, wine tasting, and spending time outdoors, particularly in Humboldt and Mendocino counties. She is a fan of the movie The Shawshank Redemption and never turns down great Mexican or Italian food.
